We've concluded the first part of our amazing new cookery programme this week kindly supported by Sir John Cass's Foundation as part of their Cass Benefits grant to the school.
Children have been learning how to cook with two professional trained chefs. This programme originates from the renowned cookery school- Leith's School of Food and Wine in West London.
Last week children picked peas from the roof garden to make a pea risotto. It was delicious. Today children have been learning how to joint a chicken and making a healthy noodle soup.
The Parent Zone have released a new FREE online resource for parents and carers called ‘Resilient Families’, this covers topics such as Radicalisation & Extremism, Cyber bullying & Texting.
We like to keep you updated with the latest news and special events at Sir John Cass's Foundation Primary School.
