We enjoyed a special Eid and Diwali lunch this week at Sir John Cass. This was served in the Sp@ce for young children and families using this service and also in the main hall where children enjoyed a feast which included sticky chicken masala, korma, samosas and flat bread.
We welcomed a representative from Just Add Spice to school earlier in the week to talk about how we might develop the use of time credits in school. Time credits work by acknowledging special work and volunteering in school by adults or children and reward time given with a credit you can use in museums, cinemas and other places around London. We'll keep you posted about how we plan to use time credits at Sir John Cass.
We are proud to announce our attainment results from 2013-14. We give thanks to all the children, staff and parents who worked hard to achieve these impressive results. There are one or two areas which we will be working on to improve this year. More details will be announced about this shortly. New school councillors are:
CLASS 1. YASMIN. HARRISON CLASS 2. ROMILY. BRADLEY CLASS 3. POPPY. JOSEPH CLASS 4. RAYA. UBAYD CLASS 5. SAIRA. CHARLES CLASS 6. AZRA. ABDULRAHMAN |
